Diana Alcala
Diana has been a Pilates instructor since 2015, teaching in Argentina, Europe, India and Mexico. Diana first explored movement through dance, however, found Pilates during her pregnancy which reignited her joy of movement. Diana’s classes blend Classical and Contemporary Pilates, Yoga and bringing self awareness to the mat.
Her approach to Pilates is to help each individual achieve their fitness goals based on their needs, with fun and inner connection.
