Barre Fitness

Sweat, engage and tone with this body-weight-lifting workout incorporating the precision of Pilates, alignment of yoga and the grace and technique of ballet. Classes complete fast-paced exercises in the centre, at the barre and on a yoga mat. Barre Fitness brings full-body awareness blending cardio, strength training, flexibility and balance. Modifications are always provided.

Bounce Fitness

A fun, high-energy workout performed on a mini trampoline, knows as rebounding. Set to uplifting music, this low-impact class boosts cardio fitness, coordination and mood! Expect simple bounce patterns, feel-good vibes and a workout that leaves you energised and refreshed. Please check with a healthcare professional if you are unsure whether Bounce Fitness is appropriate.

Commercial

Showcase your power and individual style through commercial movement whilst also developing your technique, musicality and ability to pick up material. Classes include preparing the body to move, drills and learning different choreography each week. This is a supportive, positive environment exploring bold movement.

Contemporary

Exploring Cunningham, Graham, Release and Flying Low. Classes focus on utilising fundamentals to explore often dynamic, expansive and high energy movement. Floor work will revolve around fluidity and flow to be able to move in and out of the floor efficiently. An opportunity to learn, explore and work on technical and performance skills with conditioning exercises and learning new choreography to build your repertoire.

Dance Fitness

An energetic dance cardio class engaging full body with easy, fun, follow along movement. Inspired by jazz, disco, latin and commercial, it’s a great session for improving fitness, coordination and dance conditioning for those who would like to be reintroduced to movement. Strength and conditioning focusing on arms, core, legs, cardio, deep stretches and balances. This is an enjoyable, inclusive environment, modifications are always provided.

Floor Barre Fitness

Open to all

Get ready to feel the burn in this low-impact, non-stop toning class inspired by ballet. Performed on the mat to the beat of the music, floor barre combines Pilates principles with fitness and ballet movements to build core strength, stamina, posture, and flexibility. Great for improving dance technique or for general fitness. Modifications are always provided.

Heels

With commercial, contemporary and jazz influence, develop heels technique, musicality, confidence and your individual flare within the choreography. Classes cover footwork, body control, lines, flow and the use of juxtaposing dynamics. Heels can be optional.

Jazz

Classes explore jazz fusion, tech, theatre and funk styles. A dynamic class which aims to develop style, musicality and technical endurance, working closely with the music. Classes include conditioning and stretching exercises, continuing into learning choreography which creates opportunities to perform and embody.

Lyrical

An expressive class, drawing on the fundamentals of contemporary dance, with a strong focus on emotion and performance. Explore movements with soft, flowing qualities with moments of gracefulness and self-expression. Create beautiful visuals, as well as developing individual style during technical choreography, with a blend of both controlled and freeing movement.

Mat Pilates

Open to all

An encouraging class using small, controlled movements which focus on the strengthening of your core. Expect to feel stronger, more connected to your body, move safely and effectively and leave each class energised.

Privates

Open to all

Private classes offer a unique and tailored learning experience that can accelerate progress, improve confidence and may be beneficial before joining a class. If you’re an absolute beginner, we advise arranging a private class first.

Stretch and Technique

Open to all

Classes provide the space to be able to pause, understand your body more and improve strength, mobility, stability, flexibility, balance and coordination. Exercises focus on breath work, explore Pilates and yoga methods, deep stretches with also strength and conditioning at a low intensity. Classes incorporate relaxation to develop a stronger mind-body connection and movements include both parallel and turnout positions where modifications are given throughout.

Yoga

Classes provide the space to be able to pause, understand your body more and improve strength, mobility, stability, flexibility, balance and coordination. Incorporating Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga methods, exercises focus on full-body strengthening, stretches and breath work with relaxation to develop a stronger mind-body connection.

Youth

Open to all | 8+

mode youth is forging a space where all children can feel united through movement; preparing the next generation through passion, openness and professionalism. Styles: contemporary, jazz, commercial and acro/stretch and technique.
